Olatunde said in the process of assaulting the complainant, her phone, valued at N20,000, and
N30,000cash , which was to be delivered to her sister, was stolen from her.

The accused pleaded innocence of the offences and was granted bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum.
The Magistrate, Aka Bashorun, adjourned the case until September 1.
